1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoreListing (“the Service”), operated by Olyndo Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England & Wales (Company Number: 16131446), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoreListing is a store-listing synchronization platform that helps mobile app developers keep their App Store Connect and Google Play Console listings aligned. The Service includes unified editing of titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords, release notes, and screenshots; automatic translation across 40+ locales; one-click cross-platform publishing; drift detection; listing rollbacks; listing templates; product import; competitor listing intelligence; and related tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide valid App Store Connect API keys and/or Google Play service account credentials to use publishing features. These credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager and used solely to execute listing actions you initiate.

4. Pricing & Payments

Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. API Usage & Store Compliance

StoreListing publishes listing changes through the official Apple App Store Connect API and Google Play Developer API. You acknowledge that listing updates are subject to each platform’s review process and timing. StoreListing is not responsible for delays or rejections by Apple or Google.

6. Limitation of Liability

StoreListing helps you keep listing content synchronized and translated across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. While we strive for accuracy, automated translations may not be perfect, and store review teams may reject or delay listing changes for reasons outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all listing changes before publishing.

7. Subscription Tiers & Limits

Feature availability, project limits, and product limits depend on your subscription tier as described on our pricing page. If you downgrade, excess projects may become read-only. We reserve the right to modify tier features with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Olyndo Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your project data and pricing configurations remain your property.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will remove all your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
